I saw some still pics of the event - looked like it was mostly NY racers for this Tour race.
Also, seemed like some very fast cars based on the time trials.
Do you have any video from the East Coast Custom Cars 150?
Kudos for hosting the Tour in South Hampton on Long Island - Its great that a few home tracks in New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Massachusetts have pulled together this network of Modified Racers all racing with the same spec cars and the same rules. It is a very realistic experience - the cars look good in scale (just like the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour cars), and are still very fast, sturdy, and competitive slot cars, and in the end pretty evenly matched.
I'm surprised there isn't more talk in the hobby about what has been created here in the North East - probably some of the best home racing around anywhere?
