I'm glad I ended up with it too Dave. It isn't what I originally planned, but definitely not disappointed with how it is turning out. And this way, I will have a flat track and a banked one to play with. My folks are coming in a month and I think dad and I may build the table and set up the strombecker track so then will be all finished except for the ho set if it isn't up yet.

That track is looking great. [Revell is the same track that I use] But those old home made slot cars are way cool. What did they use for chassis and running gear??? Back in the 1970's I made a few chassis out of popsicle sticks and anything I could find for a motor.

The cardboard cars are not slot cars, they are just cars that they pushed on the floor.

I got all four lanes wired and running. Lanes 1 and 2 are perfect but 3 and 4 can be run with one controller. I have checked the wiring and I do not think I have any wires crossed. Any suggestions on what to do next would be greatly appreciated. One positive to this is that I am able to run two cars at once.
