I've been eyeballing that body at SuperJets for a while. How far did you have to move the axle?
On the decals, you could try and make your own if you could find a shot online of a stripe kit.

Florida Slotter, it is a 69 1/2 Bee. The stripe is pretty much the same as the one you pictured.

TsgtRet, the axle is moved back just a tiny bit from the stock location on the chassis.

Dodgefarmer, it is from a rattle can. Testor's lacquer paint and clear.
