The Dr. has arrived

Postby ListerStormGT » Sun Apr 13, 2014 12:38 pm

Doc Reinecke arrived this morning and we put his crash helmet on for his own safety. Having fun racing and visiting my wife cooked is some buffalo chicken meatballs. And found him some greens to have with the meat.

Load him up, Lee! He doesn't look round enough yet.

Rob wins the prize for figuring out the shirt - but what do you mean I'm not well rounded? I'm a renaissance man! Lee is trying to help me find the weight I've lost.

After we fed him Dave had to be on his way. He has a 3hr drive ahead of him. As always great to see him again and spend the day racing cars. A few more pics of the ribs, pasta salad, beans, Texas toast and yes we even had a salad in his honor. Thanks Dave for stopping by on your trip we were glad you could make it to see us.

Harry, it's the AAR (All American Raceway) :)

...and the exhausted Dr. just got back to his hotel.

Lee and his family took good care of me and even forced me to eat a few times. They said I looked withered but I have no idea what they were talking about - I found my spare tire with no problem!

I had a great time and really appreciated getting to spend it with a buddy racing. Thanks for letting me use the crash helmet, I miss it already!
