I am making an assumption, yes I know about assuming, however, I have the UKSlot Car Festival version and
would I be correct in my assumption that the only difference is in livery ?

Thanks Marty I'll have to check out the UKSF car and see if it is long tail or short tail.
I have the red Denso so, I can compare them.

Checked the cars and the tail is a smidge longer on the UKSF edition, of course it is very much like the blue and white Minolta,, except red and white Minolta with the UKSF decal on the rear wing.

The only reason I spotted the difference is that there were two rear valances in the white kit for the Toyota 88C. I looked at both bit and decided to put the shorter version on my private livery.

When the "Denso" came out, I knew what to look for and was excited to see that it was the short tail.

No, I do not count rivets, but when you have two large pieces in your hand that are designed to fit the same spot, you have to make a decision.

I have the Slot It Mercedes C9 Michelin livery and this is a great car BUT, the rear wing is delicate and easily "torn off" when it hits guard rails or other objects. Does the Toyota 88C have the same issue of a delicate wing?

My Michelin C9 has the rubber wing mount, but even with that, I have torn the wing off. On the Merc, the wing seems slightly wider than the car body, so this make it very vulnerable to damage.

Is the Toyota wing just as delicate? Is the Toyota wing wider or narrower than the car body?
