Need Contact Information

For the past month I have been looking for contact information for The Capital Racing League. I did get an e-mail address on another forum that had club listings but my attempts to send e-mail were always returned as unable to send. I remember years ago I raced with some of these people in HO scale, the person I remember most was a gentleman who went by the name of Yo Bear. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

Come on, I know that somebody has to have some information on The Capital Racing League that runs races in the DC, Northern Va. and Maryland area.
