If the article is half as good as his work, It will be an awesome read!
Probably some of the most impressive builds on this site, To me, are the pre war cars and scenery that Whitworthnut builds.

Those cars will greatly enhance the magazine's reputation for quality, that's for sure. Is it a magazine for scale slots, or is this one feature among many kinds of slot cars?

Slot is about many variations of the Slot world.
HO to 1/24
Scenery, track builds , car builds etc.
It is an Interesting read, showing new stuff, and whats in the works, and other interesting slot stuff.
It seems to be exploring slot racing around the globe. About 55 to 60 pges
There is another one that our Embs contributes too also. SCM slot car mag
It's a little thinner, but also interesting stuff. About 30 pges I think

Thanks guys. I haven't seen it yet, but was pleased to be asked to contribute. And Bob, I do feel like I am representing HRW and happy to do so. It's a great place to call home.

Awesome. Congratulations Peter. I've been dying to see it happen. I'll have to make certain I get a copy of this issue.

Just, if I may, want to point out the main difference between the two magazines. SLOT Magazine is published by a major publishing house that prints hobby specialist stuff. Looks like your regular magazine. Articles, pictures, event reports, ads. Hence the size. One of the contributing editors is Garry from MRE (slot retailer in UK)

SlotCar MAG, now distributing Issue 21, is self published, hence the 32 page limitation. Usual stuff. Articles, reports, pictures... But no ads. :) in the 3 years they've been running they have been asked to produce the programmes for the 24 Hour Slot.it Le Mans and Slot Car Festival. Big effort for 2 blokes with day jobs.

Peter - It couldn't happen to a better cheerleader for our hobby than you. HRW loves having you onboard and sharing your amazing talents.

Excellent work and I can't wait to read the article!

Like I said in another post Peter you have an outstanding talent for these cars you build. You say it's obsession, but it takes a lot of talent to get those thoughts in the brain to your capable hands. Congratulations!
