:text-thankyouyellow: Appreciate the compliments on the chassis guys!
It has been a bit of a challenge keeping everything square/straight without a jig to work from (although Razor Jon is coming to the rescue on that here shortly!) - but it has been fun just the same!
Unfortunately, I didn't get the rear mounts "complete" yet but thought I would share some more pictures... :)
(the rear mounts are at least partial done, as the side exit exhaust will serve as their base)
Here are a couple shots with the motor, guide, and exhaust/rear mount "supports".
She is together enough that I am taking it up to the track tomorrow night to turn some laps to see how it runs before gluing/truing the tires and/or having the body on there. I am hoping that it will at least give me an idea if my torsion rod type connection between the front/rear is going to be a "good" thing or "bad" thing. (you can see the rods a little easier in these pictures verses the last update)

Something that was a pleasant surprise - I think I have "sufficient" drift angle with this set up! (almost 90 degrees!)

The height for the rear looks to be pretty close to where I was aiming for - now just have to work on securing it there (and then have to get back on getting the front end down to match)

And the bonus? The confirming shot from above that there is no tire protrusion!
