Thank you folks for the update and service. As usual, second to none.

Paul is installing a new flux capacitor, it takes time you know :)

If anyone needs a set before then just PM me.

15x11 is the 22168FF correct.

15x10 is 22166FF for folks needing to know.

I enjoy speaking freely about PG tires, I like the XPG.

They feel perfect on our surface. Remember that my track is HEAVILY rubbered in. The XPG provides excellent grip, allowing you to punch out of that corner and with minimal wheel spin. Yet, at the same time the car has an easy drift to it. When it begins to get loose, it slides easy and with little or no chatter. Recovery is easy and the next thing you know, you are standing on it and back down the straight.

Cool video

Gameover, when I ordered my stuff from SCC, they asked what tires I wanted and I didn't know what to get either. They said that either would work but that the PGT is better on the plastic tracks so that is what I got since my track is plastic.

Awesome builds and great video! I am going to try my first set of XPG tires on the back of the '70 Stang build for this - look forward to seeing if I get that same sweet controlable drift action! :D

I was sure I wouldn't be able to participate in this one, but things have changed and I think I have a candidate body for the fight. They are hard to come by these days, but the Snap-Tite '57 Ford Fairlane is okay, right? I have others, but I always liked this one and never finished it. This will be the third life for the old boat, stock, NASCAR, now Sportsman.

Excellent! Thanks.

I already scraped the decals off and did some sanding, and I am making notes about which SCC package to get. Tomorrow, the ceramic honeycomb will get hot!

I recently bought my son's Haako soldering station and its so advanced, I need to practice with it.

About those Haako soldering stations...

This is an amazing improvement over what I have used for years and years from Radio Shmuck. It gets hotter, and faster than anything I ever used, and it tells you what temperature the tip is along the way. I still use my mini torch to smooth a large area, but I may try it without the torch. Wow. What a difference.

I gave my boy a little crap about spending so much, but I was very wrong. I paid him what he spent plus the shipping he paid, its so good.
