Hey Todd.. I noticed you have pictures on the spreadsheet of the tracks..
Here are 2 you can resize and add if you like.. both oval and road course views with the MAMC on the track..
I have errands to run with my boys this Saturday so I plan to run the races the next..
Saturday, Aug 8th.
I plan to have one of the HOST club members come over to help so he, Cooper and I can run actual races with the cars rotating
through the lanes with each driver staying in his assigned lane. Each car will go through each lane twice, so each
driver will drive all the cars during the rounds..
OVAL:
We'll run two 150 lap races.. 50 laps heats in each lane.. then combine total laps for the 2 rounds to come up with the finishing order.
Potential of 300 laps of racing for each car (obviously if a car is lapped it will run less than 300 in total)
We will use the 'button' in case of an off, and car will be reset where it came off. No time delay to the button.
Tie breaker on laps will be by fast laps of the cars that are tied.
ROAD COURSE:
We'll run two 60 lap races.. 20 laps heats in each lane.. then combine total laps for the 2 rounds to come up with the finishing order.
Potential of 120 laps of racing for each car (obviously if a car is lapped it will run less than 120 in total)
We will use the 'button' in case of an off, and car will be reset where it came off. No time delay to the button.
Tie breaker on laps will be by fast laps of the cars that are tied.
Each cars starting position for each layout will be based on qualifying results.. Trackmate will be used to rotate the cars through the lanes,
and keep track of all scoring etc. If there is any interest, I'll set up Ustream for the races.
