Bob,
You seem to have a handle on getting well. Stick with it.
I was just talking to my tack manager about how long I will be able to drag my track around. It now takes me a whole day to recover from a day setting up and running my track for 3 - 4 hours. At 68 I just don't get around like I used to.
I have been thinking about what to do with the Artin runners and the cases of cars the kids don't get to play with. Who will want to carry on? It scares the hell out of me to think of giving my beloved track to someone who really doesn't have a passion for making kids happy.
Just to show you how crazy I am, I just purchased a new track. An Anki Overdrive track with expansion pieces.
Just hang in and don't ever give up. What would we do if Teddy Rosevelt didn't charge up San Juan Hill? If Ben Casey didn't save his patient. If Lassie didn't tell anyone Timmy fell down the well?
See, now you have me regressing...
