New HRW CanAm Livery

I was all set to enter my Surtees Chaparral McLaren M12 into the HRW proxy, but , having looked at the entry list, there does appear to be a lot of "white" entries........so rather than enter another Chaparral team car (although it is a McLaren), I decided to do up another body. It is a fantasy livery, although there was a Champagne gold colored M12 that ran in the Can am in the early seventies, entered by Vic Franzese, and sponsored by "Great Western Champagne".......so my Champagne colored car has some attachment to reality.........and what better color to paint a car over the New years' period!!!

Great looking cars, there! I think the champagne color looks very good on that car. No doubt, they both run as good as they look...............
