I realized that I left that out right after I coated my tires with nail polish. D'oohh! Just to keep me legal, you may paint your front tires to reduce grip. Anyone that has sent their car already and would like the tires coated, just send me a PM, and I will happily paint your tires with black nail polish or cyanoacrylate. Thanks for bringing this up.

So that is a new concept for me, coating the front tires? I trued them so that's good. What are you gaining by coating them with something?

Mike, often, when the car is going around a corner, the front tires will "dig" into the track, causing the car to "stumble" and de-slot. With smooth/slick (coated) tires, the front tires will slide through the corner, rather than gripping, allowing you to go faster. This is the whole idea behind Slot.it's Zero Grip tires. You can use nail polish (Sally Hanson's Hard As Nails is a favorite) or cyanoacrylate. I t will take a couple of coats. As I said, I will do it for you, if you want.

Like Burrell said, there is no problem, no one is going to get left out. We had to put a deadline just so there would be one. But, it is a soft deadline. I know, an oxymoron...
But, cars are arriving daily! Received BARC's car today, and I have already received racers from CJR, lancelotalove, and Z-carfan. I gotta say, BARC's Porsche is a very cool looking car. The pictures don't do it justice. I'll post a picture once the whole grid is assembled. Also received cars from R/TRandy, TPRgmgoodwrech, Mr. Flilppant, and Buspor63.
