Round 2: Saginaw Valley

Alright gentleman. What we have for your viewing pleasure is the AXIS vs ALLIES. There is some fine tuning still going on but here are your players. Remember, the Valley is notorious for Tire, Brake and Mechanical failures so no matter how good your driver is it's all about the mechanics here. Good luck and may the best mechanic win. The race could possibly be this weekend if all the picks are in so choose wisely.

Now that the teams and cars are all present and after 5 hrs of hard work, the teams are pleased with their tuning skills and are running within 2/10s of each other. Racing will be this weekend. One lucky team will have a Competition Bye the 1st race. That team will be determined by Mrs. Boss. She will also pick the pairings for the first heats.
Good Luck,

What a day of racing! It was filled with surprises and upsets. The weather was crisp but dry. Racing is going to be 2 1/2 minute heats with the distance traveled determining the winner. It will be a best 2 out of 3 race. Teams were all waiting for the selection of the days races by Mrs Boss and the surprise (for me anyway) was that Thunda and his Blk Ferrari was to be given the Comp Bye. So here are the results.

Thundadownunda
Apparently the Thunda Ferrari team did their homework and with 2 Competition Bye runs under their belt they only had 1 mechanical failure out of both runs. Fastest laps were almost identical at 10.552 and 10.594. A little slow for this group but I think without any competition they took it easy.
