I can't believe I did this. I just assumed that the stock Carerra motor, which is very mild, was on the list of accep0table motors, and since I learned how to make them run well years ago when we did a lot of box-stock Carerra NASCAR races, I went to work on it before I did anything else. I just happened to think, "What if the Carerra stock motor is 16m or 18m, and I'm out of bounds?" Imagine my chagrin to discover that the box stock Carerra motor for my Plymouth is 25m plus! I swapped it for one of the bagful of Markmotors I keep on hand and all is well. I can't believe me sometimes...
By the way, it runs great!
