Well, I have to admit to being biased but I agree that I think that is the best looking bunch of cars on a slot track I have seen. I wouldn't mind owning every car there and I also admit to being a little bit jealous of the guys that get to run them; that just looks like toooooo much fun.

This is the first proxy I have ever entered and I am happy to see that the car finished.

These were a blast to run, all good runners and sweet builds, for sure and the ol Derby City gang did a bang up job for the day. Much fun on the plastic for sure!

I just got home from running the Zippertop Proxy on the road course at Slot Car Corner in Penacook,N.H. .These car were a lot of fun.Some of them had trouble getting around the road course. But for the most part there was some real close racing and during some of the heats several of the cars had identical lap times on more than one occasion.I'm sure Dickie will post pictures and results later.But I just wanted to say the majority of these cars were not out of place on a road course.

The cars are here at Smith Scale Speedway. I have a question about the race length. We normally run 1 minute heats, and our races total 120 - 140 laps depending on the division (that is after 6 heats, one per lane). Is the time per lane set by the rules of the series, or should we use our discretion?

We plan on stationing 6 drivers, and then rotating the cars (but not the drivers) through all 6 lanes.

But I guess just do it how you guys want to.

this was the rule:
" Cars will be run @ 12 volts for 4 minutes each, on all lanes of host tracks, with the total of all lanes together being the score for said car for said track. "
but it has varried for one reason or another. :think: So what ever works for you guys is good with me, just as long as we get total laps per car per lane, and total

Just curious, is there a leader board somewhere? We'd be interested to see how the cars are faring from track to track.

Also, can someone provide a link to the rules? I know I had them, but now I can't find them.
