Just sent $$ via Paypal. Car just got a once over, lifted the splitter that was too close to the track, put on new braid and adjusted everything. One more track test and it will be on its way. It won't be fast, but should be easy to drive.

One other entrants. If you are planning on using a slot.it wood guide you will have to shorten the blade. There is two Scaley tracks in the rotation and the slots are not deep enough for wood guides.

My car is starting to come together. Don't know how to post pics? I do have a question,why remove the bodies before te races start? Position of Body screws are very important when tuning. If there is and issue where you think a car is illegal then go ahead and inspect it. But I think removing the body for a inspection should be done at the end. Just my opinion. Thanks

What common thing can I use to measure chassis clearance? A penny, credit card, ect. Thanks for the help. :think:

If a penny goes under you should be good to go. Measures .060-.062 thick. I will be using a length of .061 brass to check with.

I use an 0.062" piece of piano wire, so my car will always be higher than yours! Now, I ask you, is that fair?? :lol:
