From florida it took 6 working days to receive it.

Now the debate, to drill or not to drill. Actually, I already decided not to drill. It will be slow, but very easy to drive. So I may come last, but it will be more likely to come home in one piece. :lol: :lol: :lol:

I have my car boxed up and ready to mail tomorrow.
Question; Is this thing still a go or not? I don't want to mail it only to find the whole thing cancelled.

I don't think that the cars are due until November 15th - right? I'm planning on sending mine the week of November 3rd.

I haven't heard back from the boss yet, so I took a leap of faith, and my car is now on its way to sunny Florida. I know the proxy doesn't start until Nov 15, but you never know with cross border mailing. It is usually faster going south than coming back north, but I wanted to be sure it was there on time.

My VNFR car will be the next to go, then two cars for the U13 on SCI, and then two for P-BOP. I will be spending more on postage than parts for the next couple of months.

I'm not in the habit of committing to something and then backing out, but I am going to have to unfortunately back out of this proxy. I have just had too many other projects going on that I have not been able to devote any significant time to getting my car ready. I'd rather withdraw than submit a subpar car that I really didn't do justice to. After all, I was entering this to apply some of the things I learned from the ABC proxy and not doing that defeats the purpose.

I'm sorry and look forward to watching this proxy fro the sidelines.
